At Makesy®, we want to ensure your creative journey is seamless; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on most unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as fragrance oils and liquid bases, are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
